Strategic Role

As the Warehouse Operations Director, you will be responsible for defining the operational vision, optimizing processes, and building a high-performing team. You will embody Instukem’s values and ensure that the overall strategy translates into tangible results within your department.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Vision: Communicate and execute the company’s strategic objectives within operations.
• Planning and Optimization: Oversee production planning, inventory management, and the supply chain.
• Performance and Growth: Develop talent, ensure continuous training, and lead performance evaluations.
• Quality and Compliance: Guarantee compliance with ISO, OHS standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Implement systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs to achieve operational excellence.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the executive committee to support corporate projects.
