As a laundry technician you will be part of a dynamic team that strives to maintain a high-quality wash performance for our laundry customers. Your work would consist of performing detailed proactive verifications of our equipment and systems at our customer as well as reacting to emergency calls to repair equipment or systems when issues arise. You will also be required to prepare and install our equipment at new clients when required.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work with a positive attitude and notify supervisor of any questions or issues
  • Create effective washing formulas including programming of industrial washers including washing tunnel
  • Evaluate and permanently repair all equipment in faulty situations
  • Complete professional installations of all equipment including communication with the customer to determine the optimal installation at the customer
  • Complete service interventions, whether preventive or emergency, including communication of interventions with the customer
  • Capture, diagnose and solve mechanical and electromechanical problems
  • Perform other related tasks

Prerequisites:

  • Ability to understand, diagnose and resolve mechanical and electro-mechanical issues
  • Excellent at working with your hands
  • Ability to understand and perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks
  • PLC logic programming (asset)
  • Ability to communicate with the various levels of stakeholders at our customers including executives, laundry and employees
  • Industrial Electrician Card

Your role as a Sales support and accounting clerk will be to open new customer accounts. The Customer Support Clerk position is a key position in the satisfaction of our customers.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable entries;
  • Manage credit card entries;
  • Proceed to open new client accounts in the system;
  • Prepare reporting and make SDS sheets and product charter for clients;
  • Open and maintain contracts in ERP system;
  • Prepare monthly customer billing and credits;
  • Prepare equipment transfers between Instukem and the customer;
  • Order supplies;
  • Help with monthly reconciliation;
  • Maintaining client lists in the computer system (changes, new and other);
  • Monitoring and managing inventory of clients;
  • Review and follow up on supplier statements;
  • Could be asked to follow inventories of hospital laundries in the spreadsheet;
  • Prepare the orders and the monthly billing of the laundry rooms;
  • Filing, and any other related tasks;

Prerequisites:

  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
  • Detailed oriented

  • Drive a 28-foot Freighliner truck with tail gate provided by the company
  • Use of a lift and electric jigger
  • Order preparation and truck loading
  • Unloading and transfer of cleaning products into customer tanks using transfer pump
  • Local and regional delivery (Quebec, Gatineau, etc.)
  • Have the appropriate documents signed by customers
  • Ensure the safety and enforcement of dangerous goods delivery standards (placard and appropriate delivery paper) training provided by the employer
  • Offer excellent customer service
  • Perform other related duties

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Promote and represent Instukem in a positive and professional way
  • Support and increase sales of these accounts
  • Prospecting new customers
  • Support the customer by his expertise
  • Follow the steps of opening a client file using a client record and rental contract
  • Apply your mechanical skills to install and repair dishwashers and dispensing systems, demonstrate the safe use of equipment and ensure dishwashers are fully operational
  • Provide emergency service after business hours to clients on a rotational basis
  • Follow up on past due accounts
  • Perform other related tasks

Prerequisites:

  • Strong sales and organizational skills
  • Autonomy, motivation and entrepreneurial attitude
