Your role as a Customer Support Clerk will be to track laundry customer inventory and place orders for the next month as well as monthly billing for them. You will also have to open new customer accounts. Tasks and responsibilities:
Track hospital laundry inventories;
Prepare pick lists, orders, and summaries every week;
Produce monthly billing for laundry facilities;
Communicating alerts on a weekly basis;
Prepare equipment transfers between Instukem and the customers;
Purchasing for all departments;
Track and communicate delivery times and B/O;
Track warehouse receptions;
Finding new suppliers to better meet our needs;
Negotiate prices with certain suppliers;
Take orders over the phone or by email;
Plans carrier appointments for receptions and shipments by selecting the most cost-effective mode in terms of cost and time;
Monitor and communicate inventory levels;
Make inventory data entries;
Conducting a cyclical inventory;
Track negative inventories on a daily;
Make IFTA reporting quarterly;
other related tasks.

The position of Sales support and account clerk is a key position in the satisfaction of our customers. You will have administrative responsibility for all customer files, from account opening to billing. You will also be responsible for payable accounts and various accounting duties.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Accounts payable entries;
Manage credit card entries;
Proceed to open new client accounts in the system;
Prepare reporting;
Open and maintain contracts in ERP system;
Prepare monthly customer billing and credits;
Prepare equipment transfers between Instukem and the customer;
Order supplies;
Help with monthly reconciliation;
Prepare GST / QST reports;
Maintaining client lists in the computer system (changes, new and other);
Monitoring and managing inventory of clients;
Review and follow up on supplier statements;
Occasionally take orders over the phone;
Filing, and any other related tasks;

Prerequisites:
DEC in administrative technique, finance or accounting option or bachelor’s degree in accounting (DEP or AEC considered);
Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
Detailed oriented
Customer Service experience
Must be at a good level with Microsoft Office, Excel (expert intermediate)
Knowledge of the Microsoft Business Central ERP system (an asset)
Being able to communicate effectively and set priorities is imperative

As an Electromechanical service technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps maintain the performance of dishwashers and cleaning product dilution systems for the restaurant and food service, agri-food and laundries industry.You will be asked to respond to service calls as well as to carry out new installations.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Responding to the various service calls assigned to you
Diagnosing problems and repairing machinery and equipment at the customers
Track all repair electronically thru phone application
Refurbishing of machinery and equipment in the workshop
Organize, coordinate, and prepare machinery and equipment for new installations
Complete equipment installations and set up of new customers in a professional manner including communication with the customer.
Ensure all equipment is well calibrated, including appropriate temperatures, pressures, water levels, amperage, and voltage, ect.
Verify that all chemical parameters are set correctly, including, dosing of each cleaning chemical, PH, alkalinity, ect.
Perform chemical titrations at customers to ensure good wash performance
Keeping the workshop organized
Make sure you keep a day-to-day inventory of parts available in your car
Perform other related tasks

They are responsible for planning the quantities to be mixed as well as for ensuring efficient preparation of the various products to be sold. Ensure appropriate processing according to work orders, production schedules and orders

Follow recipes diligently and mix chemicals into finished products
Empty/fill various sizes of containers for shipping
Transport raw materials and barrels within designated areas either manually or using handling equipment
Plan production for the following week
Ensure all raw materials are available for production
Operate a forklift
Enter production information in the IT system
Work with a positive attitude and notify supervisor of any questions or issues
Participate in receiving and shipping and managing inventory
